Terms & Conditions :

1. Booking & Payments: Full payment in advance is required to confirm bookings for all personal consultations and services.

2. Cancellation Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable in the event of a client cancellation.

3. Travel Expenses: All travel bookings arranged by our team (airfare, rail, cab, or transit) will be billed directly or added to the final invoice.

4. Hospitality & Meals: Room service and dining expenses incurred during multi-day on-site events are to be covered by the client.

5. Accommodation: Private, individual room accommodations must be provided by the client for the consultant (and accompanying team members, if applicable) for outstation assignments. Room/Rooms should be neat and clean & will be at the expense of client only.

6. Session Privacy: To maintain total professional focus and client privacy, only the client and the consultant are permitted inside the consultation suite during transformation sessions.
